FilthyRich is an independent artist and producer with roots stretching back to the early 1990s. Known for his hands-on approach, he writes, produces, and develops the majority of his music independently, while also creating beats for other artists as a selective production service.

His early journey into music showed promise, but a serious falling out with those involved in promoting his work at the time led to a long creative pause. For over a decade, music became something he stepped away from publicly — though never completely abandoned. During that period, he continued to write, experiment, and create the occasional beat, keeping his creative instincts alive beneath the surface.

In recent years, FilthyRich has fully recommitted himself to his art. With renewed focus and creative freedom, he is now back doing what he does best: writing songs, producing music, and shaping his sound without compromise. Drawing on decades of lived experience, his work reflects growth, resilience, and a refusal to be boxed in by industry expectations.
